In addition to a new elegant, sleek design, everything has been considered to expand the work area and offer greater ease of use.
Different innovations will allow you to be more productive:
- 100% display: better readability thanks to a work zone that adapts to the size of your screen!
- The toolbar on one line: the tabs of the menu and the different icons have been grouped together so that you can navigate more easily.
- Helpful tips have been redesigned for better visibility and more comfortable reading.
Simplified navigation for easier handling
Navigation is more intuitive thanks to the simplification of two principal elements:
- Lexis : some specific terms have been modified to improve understanding. The term "MOTO" becomes for example "Add an order".
- The reorganisation of the menu : the menu has been completely redesigned according to your usage habits. The most-used tabs have been moved to the front for faster access to important information:
- The Order Tracking tab is now available in one click!
- The Customers tab will allow you to better manage your users
- An Analytics tab to analyse the trends in your activity and the results of your various campaigns.
Better support exchanges for an improved customer relationship
Thanks to the new bubble you receive real-time notification as soon as technical support answers you. You can move ahead easily on your project by counting on the tremendous responsiveness of our team, who answer 80% of questions in less than 30 minutes.
Many new functionalities will also come into play to improve follow-up on your discussions. You can now:
- Quick search in your inbox with the new search engine
- Give priority to your messages: Normal - Urgent - Blocker.
- Change read messages to unread messages
- Filter unanswered messages
- Filter messages by type of service. Would you like to find all the messages from the SEO department? It's now possible in one click.
- Track your important messages with Flag.
- Archive your messages when the subject is closed. They no longer appear in your list of visible messages, but you can retrieve them at any time.
You can now exchange in a thread where all your conversations on a given topic are grouped together.
A Help desk to develop your online business
The help desk now centralises all media already available, dedicated to your e-commerce success. You will find all the resources you need to guide you through the stages of development of your e-commerce site (white papers, FAQ, and so on.).
